The hotel was very clean and modern, with new and modern facilities. The staff were friendly, helpful, and quick to address any concerns. There were separate toilet and shower rooms for men and women, which were clean and well-maintained. The hotel also provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, toothbrush sets. The location was convenient, being near a famous wet market and shopping arcade. The hotel had fast and reliable wifi, and there was free use of the kitchen, oven, kettle, fridge. The hotel also had a lift and hangers provided in the room.

I keep coming back because the staff is so nice and even gave me a warm drink when it was cold. This place has everything I need like a shared kitchen, TV room, and no pets allowed. Perfect for my trip!

The location of Plat Hostel Keikyu Sapporo Ichiba is excellent. It is just a 20-minute walk to Sapporo Station and many attractions are within walking distance. There is also a subway close by, making it convenient to explore the city. The single room I booked was spacious and had two bunk beds, a sink, small table, and a fridge. The room was in great condition and had hangers and a luggage storage area. The hostel itself looked new and was kept very clean and orderly. The staff, from the reception to the cleaners, were friendly and helpful. I appreciated the no-shoe policy in the bedrooms, with slippers provided for use. There is also a laundry facility available for guests to use. Additionally, there is a bar/food area next to the reception where I could relax and work on my laptop.

There were a few drawbacks during my stay. The check-in time of 4pm and the early checkout time of 10am seemed inconvenient.

I got great value for my money at this hotel! The room was nice with a comfy bed and enough space for me. The location was perfect, close to the city center and within walking distance of all the attractions. The staff treated me very politely and even gave me tips on what to see and do.

The breakfast offerings could be improved by adding more variety to the menu.
